Information Technology Deal of the Year Finalist

New York, NY and San Diego, CA- October 11, 2017 –  The M&A Advisor is pleased to announce that one of the deals represented by Objective Capital Partners, a middle-market investment banking firm located in Southern California, was selected as a Finalist in the category for Information Technology Deal of The Year for the 16th Annual M&A Advisor Awards.  Objective Capital Partners served as the exclusive financial advisor to an undisclosed digital healthcare company on its confidential sale to a large private equity-backed acquirer.  Two other advisers on the deal included Kirkland & Ellis LLP and Sheppard Mullin Richter & Hampton LLP.  This is the third time in as many years that a deal represented by the investment banking firm was selected as a Finalist by the M&A Advisor.
