In this role, James will play a critical part in supporting both business development and sell-side M&A execution, bringing his expertise in financial modeling, valuation, and industry analysis to these efforts.
James brings a strong background in investment banking and FinTech consulting, with experience that positions him well to navigate the complexities of financial advisory and deal execution. His responsibilities at Objective include developing client materials, conducting in-depth financial and industry analysis, and assisting in the seamless execution of transactions. His analytical approach and deep understanding of market dynamics make him an invaluable asset to the firm and its clients.
James holds a Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics and Economics from Bowdoin College. Outside of the office, he is an avid skier and hockey player in the winter and enjoys spending summers on Cape Cod with friends and family.
