San Diego, CA – October 30, 2020 – Objective Capital Partners was named one of the “Best Places to Work” in San Diego 2020 by the San Diego Business Journal and the Best Companies Group. With 86,070 total businesses in San Diego and only 100 winners selected, the award is a significant achievement for the company. This is now Objective’s second consecutive year being recognized for this honor. Trever Acers, Objective Capital Partners’ Managing Director, says the award is a result of a sustained and purposeful effort to build a positive, empowering company culture in recent years.

The “Best Places to Work” in San Diego survey and awards program is dedicated to identifying and recognizing the area’s best employers. Award recipients go through a rigorous review process, which includes an examination of employer benefits and policies as well as a comprehensive employee engagement and satisfaction survey.
Recognized in the small business category, comprised of companies with 15-49 employees, Objective was required to have over an 80% response rate to an anonymous staff survey to be considered for the list. A favorite aspect of the company shared by one team member in the anonymous survey is the strong feeling of trust, care and mutual respect among team members.
All of the “Best Places to Work” in San Diego award winners were celebrated at a special, virtual event this year where they honored all the 100 recipients, and announced the rankings within category groups. Objective Capital Partners was the 19th Best Place to Work in the small business category for 2020. This marks the second consecutive year that Objective has been recognized in this award program.
